At BN3TH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
